Day 01 :

Day 01 - Arrival in Gangtok

You'll be picked up from Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station and driven up to Gangtok, roughly four to five hours. Once you've checked in and had time to rest, the evening's open for a walk along MG Marg together before the trip properly begins. Overnight in Gangtok.

Day 02 :

Day 02 - Tsomgo Lake and Candlelight Dinner

Head up to Tsomgo Lake today, sitting at close to 12,000 feet, often calm enough to reflect the mountains around it perfectly. Come back to Gangtok by evening for something a little different - a private candlelight dinner set up just for the two of you, away from the usual hotel dining room. Overnight in Gangtok.

Day 03 :

Day 03 - Gangtok to Pelling

Drive west to Pelling, stopping in Namchi along the way to see the Char Dham complex and its towering Shiva statue. Continue on to Pelling, arriving as the light starts to fade over the hills. Overnight in Pelling.

Day 04 :

Day 04 - Pelling Sightseeing

Early alarm today, but it's worth it - sunrise over Kanchenjunga isn't something you'll want to sleep through. Later on, there's Pemayangtse Monastery, and the Pelling Skywalk too if you're both okay with a bit of a scare.

Day 05 :

Day 05 - Pelling to Gangtok

Head back toward Gangtok, retracing the route with a stop or two along the way if timing allows. Once you're back, the rest of the day's free - rest up, or revisit anywhere you liked from earlier in the trip. Overnight in Gangtok.

Day 06 :

Day 06 - Leisure Day in Gangtok

This day's kept open on purpose. Sleep in, try local Sikkimese food properly instead of rushing a meal, or just spend time together without anything on the schedule. Overnight in Gangtok.

Day 07 :

Day 07 - Departure

Check out whenever you're ready, then head back to Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station. Seven days is enough time for Sikkim to give you what it does best - mountains, quiet, and plenty of moments that were just the two of you.
